Happy Father's Day!

Our challenge this week at The Cuttlebug Spot is for that special day coming up with weekend--Father's Day! So to honor Dad, my kids and I came up with card for him. I had to let the kids help out on this one since it was for him. This was a very simple design; Green card stock for card base, white cardstock wrapped with brown ribbon to create the stripes; tan cardstock that I embossed with Argyle embossing folder; the tie I hand cut is 3-D and raised with pop up foam dots ( I also inked around the edges of the tie with green pigment ink); and the stamped sentiment is a Studio g stamp stamped on some light blue card stock.
Stop on by The Cuttlebug Spot and show us your creations for dad, grandpa, uncle for Father's Day!

That´s a beautiful card, Kerri! The inking around the edges gives that beautiful tie some kind of depth. You all together did a great job on it!
Just in case I haven´t said this before: Welcome to the Cuttlebugspot DT!

Great Tie! You certainly pulled off that masculine look which is so hard for me to accomplish. I know your DH will love it.

I am excited about our crop this weekend - Yah:)
